Kammunicate is an AAC app — augmentative and alternative communication —
designed for iPad. Instead of relying on speech, you draw, write, tap a
ready-made card, add a photo, or place a sticker, then pass the conversation
back and forth. It's made for two people sharing a single iPad, sitting
together: one person expressing what they need, and one person supporting them.
It suits anyone whose voice isn't always the easiest route — a child or adult
on the autism spectrum, someone recovering their communication after illness,
someone who experiences selective mutism, or anyone who simply finds it easier
to show a thought than to say it out loud.
